Events – Conferences

Every year, an average of twelve scientific events of different character are organised at Istituto Cardiocentro Ticino. Considering the high level of scientific contents, as well as their quality, all of our events are acknowledged and accredited in the continuous training programme promoted, depending on the subject, by the Swiss Society of Cardiology, of Internal Medicine, of General Medicine, of Anaesthesiology and Cardiac Surgery.

XIX Cardiology Symposium of Regio Insubrica

The proposed topics concern the management of patients in the study of the family doctor. Beginning with diastolic dysfunction, unclear clinical entity, to move on to the therapeutic novelty of valve and structural disorders.

After the break, we will discuss the theme of the new monolayer-based hypolipidemic therapy.
Presentations will end with sleep disorders, recently identified among cardiovascular risk factors.
