Activities are carried out by two different units. The first unit, located on the ground floor, is directly accessed by patients, most of whom are referred to it by their physician, or from the cardiology ward. The unit offers a wide range of specialist, instrumental, non-invasive diagnostic examinations, which are performed both as follow-up visits and first visits.

The second unit, located on the second floor, has 4-to-6 beds and is devoted to programmed or emergency day hospital admissions, with a view to performing further specialist diagnostic examinations.
